My stay had its ups and downs. While the hotel was beautifully clean and the kids loved the activities, my experience with the service really left me disappointed. Honestly, I could have done without the long wait for fresh towels and the issues I had with check-in. It’s definitely a family-friendly place, but don't expect too much from the staff.
